David Bright Is The New Morupule Wanderers Coach

Legendary Botswana coach Major David Bright has been announced as the new Debswana First Division side Morupule Wanderers coach. The Palapye-based side were only promoted to the Debswana First Division North at the end of the 2015/16 campaign.

According to local reports, Wanderers, who are a very ambitious club, have appointed experienced tactician Bright as their new head coach. It was said that the former Botswana national under-23 team and Gaborone United head coach was introduced to the Wanderers players on Wednesday.

Wanderers held talks with Miscellaneous head coach Russia Chaba, but Bright hasbeaten himto the job. Bright has been jobless since parting ways with South African National First Division (NFD) outfit Thanda Royal Zulu in February, 2016. He won three consecutive Botswana Premier League (BPL) titles between 1999 and 2001 with Mogoditshane Fighters.
