AR Holdings (Pty) Ltd is looking for a Stock Controller who can handle stock in the operation and ensure that stock accuracy in maintained daily.ย The successful candidate will be a committed, well organised individual, who is not afraid of a challenge.
Qualifications And Skills:
โข BGCSE and Diploma in Supply Chain Management or an associated field.
โข 3 year post graduate relevant experience.
โข Superior interpersonal, coaching, communication, negotiation and consultative skills at all levels.
Responsibilities
โข Ensure that all inventory and stock management systems are maintained accurately, within the agreed parameters and in a timely manner.
โข Responsible for purchasing and the โin-stockโ levels within the agreed inventory parameters.
โข Oversee and assume responsibility for the POS system and electronic ordering system.
โข Ensure that stock counts are carried out as per shop specifications.
โข Maintain stock count reports.
โข Ensure that stock is recounted it variances are identified.
โข Ensure all stock queries are resolved within 24 hours.
โข Ensure that all discrepancies in terms of product condition, product codes and quantity are escalated to the relevant authorities.
โข Ensure that the stock within the shop is in the correct location and matches that of stock on the stock keeping system.
โข Conduct stock take preparation and reconciliations.
โข Handle all products in a manner which maintains the condition of the stock and its packaging.
โข Perform housekeeping duties.
