Botswana throng Dan Tshanda funeral

With his music that was once the biggest thing the country, Dan Tshanda is gone and has gone to be with the master. The yester-year Disco and Pantsula musician has since left a legacy that no one else can surpass. Last week his supporters thronged the BNYC Hall to witness and celebrate his life. In the crowd at the hall was another well established pantsula muscian Patricia Majalisa.

Recently a Soweto newspaper took to paper that Batswana were the biggest attendees of the funeral which was held in the heroes home town of Soweto in South Africa. It is said that over 500 Batswana were in attendance. Moreoever 2 buses and many private cars accompanied the Tshanda’s in laws who reside in Molepolole.
