JB is hiring a HR Assistant

JB is looking for an HR Assistant to handle a variety of personnel related administrative duties. Your role is to act as the liaison between HR Department and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of all queries.
RESPONSIBILITIES
βͺ Provide clerical and administrative support to HR Department
βͺ Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing,recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.)
βͺ Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
βͺ Assist with day-to-day HR operations, functions, and duties
βͺ Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
βͺ Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves etc.)
βͺ Properly handle grievances and complaints procedures
βͺ Handling employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
βͺ Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc.) and take minutes
βͺ Conduct orientation to newly hired employees

βͺ PC literacy (MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
QUALIFICATIONS
βͺ Bachelorsβ Degree in Human Resources or related field
βͺ At least 3 yearsβ experience in a similar position and environment.
βͺ Driverβs license will be an added advantage
