JB is hiring a HR Assistant

JB is looking for an HR Assistant to handle a variety of personnel related administrative duties. Your role is to act as the liaison between HR Department and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of all queries.
RESPONSIBILITIES
β–ͺ Provide clerical and administrative support to HR Department
β–ͺ Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing,recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.)
β–ͺ Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
β–ͺ Assist with day-to-day HR operations, functions, and duties
β–ͺ Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
β–ͺ Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves etc.)
β–ͺ Properly handle grievances and complaints procedures
β–ͺ Handling employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
β–ͺ Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc.) and take minutes
β–ͺ Conduct orientation to newly hired employees
COMPETENCIES
β–ͺ Customer oriented
β–ͺ Excellent filing and documentation skills
β–ͺ Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
β–ͺ Excellent organizational skills
β–ͺ Integrity is vital
β–ͺ PC literacy (MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
QUALIFICATIONS
β–ͺ Bachelors’ Degree in Human Resources or related field
β–ͺ At least 3 years’ experience in a similar position and environment.
β–ͺ Driver’s license will be an added advantage
