Temporary Supply Chain Assistant Wanted At Botswana Investment and Trade Centre
Applications are invited from suitably qualified Botswana Citizens to apply for the post of temporary supply chain assistant tenable within BITC. The successful candidate will be reporting to the Supply Chain Officer. The incumbent will be receiving, issuing and proper storage of stock in accordance with operational standards.
Key Performance Areas.
Prepares documentation for all out bound goods and internal deliveries.
Receives returned inventory into the warehouse and process all applicable systems entries.
Captures all physical stock movement on the system Inventory Module.
Receives goods from the Receiving Section and checks them for correctness against goods receipt documentation (check for quantity, quality and specifications).
