AR Holdings (Pty) Ltd (Europa Coffee Shop) is looking for a Stock Controller who can handle stock in the operation and ensure that stock accuracy is maintained daily.Β The successful candidate will be a committed, well organised individual, who is not afraid of a challenge.

Applicants for this position must have the following qualifications and skills:

β€’ Form 5 and Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management or an associated field.
β€’ 5 years post qualification relevant experience
β€’ Superior interpersonal, coaching, communication, negotiation and consultative skills at all levels.

Key Responsibilities

β€’ Ensure that all inventory and stock management systems are maintained accurately, within the agreed parameters and in a timely manner.
β€’ Responsible for purchasing and the β€œin-stock” levels within the agreed inventory parameters
β€’ Oversee and assume responsibility for the POS system and electronic ordering system
β€’ Ensure that stock counts are carried out as per restaurant specifications
β€’ Maintain stock count reports
β€’ Ensure that stock is recounted if variances are identified
β€’ Ensure all stock queries are resolved within 24 hours
β€’ Ensure that all discrepancies in terms of product condition, product codes and quantity are escalated to the relevant authority
β€’ Ensure that the stock within the restaurant is in the correct location and matches that of the stock on the stock keeping system
β€’ Conduct stock take preparation and reconciliations
β€’ Handle all products in a manner which maintains the condition of the stock and its packaging
β€’ Perform housekeeping duties
