Botswana Hosts 2016 COSSASA Ball Games
Botswana is surely getting recognized by the world as a capable sports host. At the moment we have different countries here battling it out for the Netball world cup qualifiers. Botswana as a member of the Confederation of School Sport Associations of Southern Africa through the affiliation of Botswana Primary Schools Sports Association and Botswana Integrated Sports Association affiliation has once again been given the hosting rights for the 2016 ball games.
In a bid to ensure the success of the games, organizers have roped in captains of industry to lead the preparations as the COSSASA Ball Games Gaborone 2016 board.Β In 2014 Botswana hosted the athletics championships and an astounding success was recorded by our country. This has set a mark to be equaled or be surpassed by the organizers of this yearβs event.
Aspiring athletes from different Southern African nations will be competing in Netball, Football, Volleyball, Rugby, Tennis and Basketball, boys and girls Under 13s & Under 17s.Β As the days to the kick off of this year’s edition of the COSSASA Ball Games draws closer, team BotswanaΒ is already in camp in Orapa for the preparation of the games.
