The Boteti Mining is embarking on exploration with a view to developing more mining projects. Karowe invites suitably qualified candidates to apply for the position ofΒ Human Resources Practitioner β Tenable in Letlhakane (REF: KDM 022)Β Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the Human Resources Practitioner will be responsible for providing a one stop HR Service to the mine departments.

Qualifications and Experience:
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent Social Science Diploma / Degree.
Five (5) years post qualification experience in recruitment and salaries administration of which two (2) years should have been at a similar position.
Industrial relations, training and PMS will be an advantage.
