The incumbent will be responsible for managing the store as well as Sales Assistants. He/she will be responsible for receiving stock, setting up displays and assisting customers and staff.
Requirements
β’ FORM-5/BGCSE/O-LEVEL Certificate
β’ 1 Year working experience in a retail environment

Responsibilities
β’ Greeting customers who visit store
β’ Stock control and management
β’ Assisting customers with finding products they are looking for
β’ Providing customers with thorough product information
β’ Stocking shelves with merchandise
β’ Answering customer queries
β’ Reporting discrepancies and problems to the supervisor
β’ Keeping the store tidy and clean
β’ Dealing with customer complaints and escalating them to the Supervisor where need be
β’ Responsible for security within the store
β’ Receiving and storing of stock
β’ Ensuring that stock levels are recorded daily
β’ Keeping up to date with special Store promotions and putting up displays
Competencies.
β’ Good customer service
β’ Fluent in both English and Setswana
β’ Ability to follow procedures correctly, such as using a till
β’ Energetic and eager to learn
