Senior typist x 2 Wanted At Ministry Of Finance And Economic Development
Vacancy circular no 7 of 2017.Β The Ministry of Finance and Economic Development is looking for 2 typists to join their organization on a C3/4 scale.
Qualification:
Diploma/higher/degree in secretarial studies: a minimum of 2 years post qualification experience for certificate holders.
Main Purpose Of The job:
To provide general typing services,on the job training and oversee the work of supervisors.
Duties:
Type letters, minutes, reports, notes from manuscripts or other forms of copies and files the same.
Produces copies from original scripts
Proof reads own typed work,checks proper layout,and makes any necessary corrections or amendments.
Maintains simple control records
Keeps up to date with Public Services procedures and practice regarding the use of abbreviations,correction of first draft,and in addressing of official correspondence
Takes short hand dictation
