Service Consultants Wanted At Staffwise
The role of Service Consultant will be to achieve exceptional client service within the branch networks. The role also exists to execute other maintenance activities so as to maximize profitability of the customer base in the branch networks.
Job Description
โขIdentify and handle walk-in customer inquiries completely and accurately
โขResolve customer complaints and queries to the satisfaction of the customer
โขEducate customers on companyโs products and services
โขApply and adhere to companyโs customer service policies and procedures
โขPerform client business retention
โขIdentify upsell or cross sell opportunities
โขIdentify ways to prevent client problems from reoccurring and to alert management of underlying service problems
โขProcessing of benefit payments
โขProcessing of financial and non-financial amendments
โขFollow up on pending Client Service reports
โขAssist in compiling daily, weekly and monthly reports
โขAct as project resources as and when directed by management
Requirements, Education and Experience
โขAny Bachelors Degree, COP will be an added advantage
โขThis is a graduate position so prior experience is not mandatory however experience in customer service or office administration will be an added advantage
