AR Holdings T/A North End Filling Station invites applications from qualified personnel in the field of cashier on a permanent basis.

Purpose Of Post

To service customers through receiving and disbursing money for goods sold in the shop, whilst ensuring proper and efficient operation of one’s shift within company policy.

Key Areas

Customer service, billing and payment processing for items sold as well as housekeeping.
Main Duties Include
•Greet customers with a smile and offer service.
•Receive payment for item sold and issue receipt and change due to a customer.
•Practice active selling at all times when making a sale
•Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas.
•Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change.
•Stock shelves, mark prices on shelves and items, paper products or beverage preparation items.
•Answer customers’ questions, and provide information on procedures and policies, coffee blends, preparation, and product freshness.
•Meeting quality standards for serving a customer and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
.Calculate total payments received during a time period and reconcile this with total sales.
•Proficiently prepares blended and cold drinks provided by the store
.Clean or sanitize work areas, utensils, or equipment.
•Provide customers with product details, such as coffee blend or preparation descriptions.
•To listen carefully to customer orders and prepare drinks correctly.
•Ensures that all customers are educated on our products and services.
•Maintains the highest quality, consistent product standards.
•Follows all Company drink recipes and procedures.

Minimum Requirements

•At least One (1) year work experience as a Cashier
•A minimum requirement of BGCSE
•Hospitality experience will be an added advantage
•Self-motive and hardworking
•Cooperation and team spirit
•Good interpersonal and communication skills
