Stanbic Bank is looking for highly driven individual with strong leadership skills to undertake the role of Service Assurance Officer.

Responsibilities

●creating effective partnerships with Stanbic Bank’s service counterparts ensuring to the group’s incident and problem management process
●Managing the relationship between IT and business through effective communication and engagements and lastly managing first level escalation of queries not resolved within the SLA.

Qualifications and Experience

●Degree in Computer Science /Information Technology or related field
●Certification /Active membership of a professional organization will be an added advantage
●At least 3 years experience in any of the following areas
– IT security infrastructure
– Technical,Support, Systems Administration
– Applications support
– Electronic Banking/channels support
– Programming
– Database administration
●Banking /Financial industry experience would be an added advantage
