2 Receptionists Wanted At KIA Motors!

Kia Motors is located in Gaborone, Palapye and Francistown and it is the maker of quality vehicles. They are looking for a confident, hard working female and male to work as receptionists in their company.

Duties
•Reports to the Manager
•Receiving and making calls to customers
•Making a follow up with customers after services/repairs
•Making daily workshop report
•Assisting customers with information regarding repairs and services

Requirements
•Should have a valid driver’s license
•Should have a good sense of time management
•Should be able to be flexible
•Able to meet customer satisfaction
•Good communication skills
•Should portray telephone manners
•Should be a minimum of 30 years old
•Must have experience in an administrative environment
•Should be fluent in English and Setswana

Qualifications
•Minimum BGCSE with a pass English and Setswana
