Dear Jobseekers – If it’s not coming to you, go for it!

Remember, many jobs never get advertised and sometimes a job doesn’t exist until the right person comes along!

Most times people often wait for openings in companies to apply for roles and this a rate limiting process. Once a company announce an opening lots of folks troop in to shoot their shot and there’s just so many application they receive at that point in time which makes it extremely difficult for one to get the role as it is limited.

Its now time to:

1. Identify your target companies or firms you’d love to work with (Target Decision Makers), shoot them with a personalized short email and sell yourself by letting them understand why you’d be a big shot for the company EVEN WITHOUT A VACANCY ANNOUNCED!

But remember to Clean up your CV and cover letter first.

You will be positively surprised by how much success you can achieve by that singular but potent act of dropping CVs.
