Job Advert- Administrative Officer
An opportunity exists for a passionate and motivated Administrative Officer. They will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently.
Key responsibilities
β’ Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
β’ Answer queries by employees and clients
β’ Update office policies as needed
β’ Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
β’ Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
β’ Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
β’ Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
β’ Schedule in-house and external events
β’ Assist colleagues whenever necessary
Requirements
β’ Degree in Business Administration or Equivalent
β’ A minimum of 2 years proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
β’ Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
β’ Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
β’ Attention to detail
β’ Excellent with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
β’ Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage
β’ Must have a Driverβs Licence
