All scholarships above are renewable for three yearsΒ of full-time undergraduate study, provided high academicΒ standing is maintained in each academic year.

Eligibility:

To be considered for International Scholarships & Awards,Β you must:

β€’ Β Submit a formal application for undergraduateΒ admission to York University either by the OUACΒ website or York online application for SeptemberΒ entry.

β€’ Β Β Be an international student who is required to haveΒ a Study Permit to study in Canada.

β€’ Β Be nominated for the award(s) by your high school. Β Note that a student can be nominated for more thanΒ one award, however only one nominee per schoolΒ will be considered for each award.

β€’ Β Be entering directly from high school (no more thanΒ two years after graduation) to the first year of aΒ full-time undergraduate degree program in one ofΒ the following Faculties: Arts, Media, PerformanceΒ & Design; Environmental Studies; Glendon; Health;Β Lassonde School of Engineering; Liberal Arts &Β Professional Studies; Science; and the SchulichΒ School of Business.

β€’ Possess an excellent academic record (β€œA” averageΒ or equivalent) and have demonstrated leadershipΒ through community service or excellence in the arts,Β sports or other areas of individual achievement.

β€’ Β Submit required application documentation. Β Refer to the β€œRequired Supporting Documentation” checklist on the application form

β€’ Specific to York’s United World College Scholarship:Β You must be enrolled in or must have graduatedΒ within the past two years from a United WorldΒ College to qualify for this scholarship
