Looking for a Guest Relations Manager for a Lodge in Botswana.
Experience required:
2 yearsβ experience working in a similar position at a 5 star lodge
Computer literate
Duties include:
Meet and greet all guests
Understand personal guest needs through interaction
Transmit guest information to other lodges
Be present at all morning meetings
In co-ordination with other management, host guests at all meals
Assist with monthly planning β training, guest requirement and staffing levels
Sit in on Disciplinary procedures β sound knowledge of all policies and procedures and labour relations
Ensure that minimum standards are adhered to in all departments
Oversee stock takes
Welcome packs for new staff
