Executive Placings hiring a Guest Relations Manager

Looking for a Guest Relations Manager for a Lodge in Botswana.

Experience required:
2 years’ experience working in a similar position at a 5 star lodge
Computer literate

Duties include:
Meet and greet all guests
Understand personal guest needs through interaction
Transmit guest information to other lodges
Be present at all morning meetings
In co-ordination with other management, host guests at all meals
Assist with monthly planning – training, guest requirement and staffing levels
Sit in on Disciplinary procedures – sound knowledge of all policies and procedures and labour relations
Ensure that minimum standards are adhered to in all departments
Oversee stock takes
Welcome packs for new staff

10 years of experience
