SKMTH hiring a Strategy And Performance Manager

Main purpose of the job: Reporting to the Commissioning Manager, the role serves to bring together crucial information such as market performance, operational performance, innovations etc., from various internal and external sources to develop strategic options that can aid in transforming the Hospital to new heights. This is coupled with the responsibility of coordinating the implementation and delivery of corporate programmes and projects portfolio, ensuring a balanced impact on the strategic intent.

Programme and Project Management:

β€’ Coordinate project teams to deliver multiple, simultaneous projects: manages resources, schedules, financials and quality controls throughout the project life cycle to ensure successful and on-time project delivery.

β€’ Develop/maintain a comprehensive Programme/ Project Management System to support coordinated delivery of SKMTH’s programmes and projects including alignment to the Hospital Programme and Project Management Framework.

β€’ Provide strategic overview and report on all programmes to senior management Audit and health checks projects and programmes

Strategy and Enterprise Performance:

β€’ Coordinate regular strategy reviews and spearheads the strategic vision across all fronts of the Hospital.

β€’ Oversee the development of corporate plans and budgets by playing a leading role in all the planning and budgeting activities performed by the Hospital including identifying strategic priorities and facilitating management to translate them into actionable and quantitative performance plans.

β€’ Ensure that the strategy planning process highlights existing business issues, making certain that these issues are thoughtfully addressed by the laid out plans.

β€’ Develop and Manage SKMTH’s KPI infrastructure in order to facilitate analysis and reporting of performance against strategic plans and budgets.

β€’ Manage weekly/ quarterly/ annual enterprise performance reports for SKMTH’s leadership and facilitates cross-functional performance reviews.

Requirements

Position Requirements & Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Management, Finance, Economics or equivalent.
  • Master’s in Business Administration, Business Leadership or Masters in Science in Strategic Management will be added advantage.
  • Professional Certification in Project Management and Strategy Management is a requirement.

Experience:

  • At least eight (8) years’ experience in Corporate Strategy and Performance Management position in a dynamic business environment. Five (5) years should have been at Management level.
  • Prior hospital experience will be an added advantage
