Blockman needed in Broadhurst Industrial

Requirements: Previous knowledge of personal safety in the food environment.

Previous knowledge of the curing of meat products.

Knowledge of cutting and de-boning of meat primal cuts into retail cuts.

Forming and filling of raw meat products.

Breaking meats sides and carcasses into quarters and primal cuts.

5+ years butchery/blockman experience essential.

Driver’s license will be an added advantage

Salary will be market related
